Information we store

WellPath, at ExploreWellPath.com, stores your first name, email address and quiz answers to create and email your personalized weight loss plan. Answers include age range, sex, height, current and target weight, activity, dietary preferences, allergies, habits and optional event date. We also store calculated results, quiz completion timestamps, your unit preference, an advertising click identifier when available and browser user-agent information.

Your quiz progress is saved in your browser's session storage. When you submit your contact details after question 7, your details and answers so far are saved privately in Lovable Cloud. On completion, your remaining answers and calculated estimates are added to that record.

How we use and share information

We use your information to personalize the plan, save progress, arrange email delivery and send helpful tips. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in a message. When you choose checkout, your first name and email are included in the checkout link so the checkout provider can associate them with your order. ClickBank handles payment under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not collect your card details through this quiz.

Hosting, storage and email providers may process information on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not make the leads list publicly available or sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and advertising

The site retains the Meta/Facebook pixel to measure page views, lead submissions and checkout clicks. Advertising click identifiers may be saved in cookies and session storage. Quiz answers and health measurements are not sent in the pixel events. You can control cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Meta.

Security, retention and your choices

We restrict access to quiz records and use server-side validation and private storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain records for service delivery and applicable legal obligations, and review deletion requests. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent and complain to your data protection authority. Use the Contact page to make a request.

Adults only

This quiz and plan are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's contact information. If a child has submitted information, contact us to request its removal.
